	As the Bride, you will need a certified marriage certificate from the Registry if you wish to officially change your name.

	Groom or couple changing name after Marriage:
	Groom changing name as well as the Bride - The Registry of Births Deaths and Marriages advises that you will need a change of name certificate if you are going to adopt a hyphenated name or the groom is taking the bride's name.

	Medicare and any private health insurance funds Banks Electoral Rolls The Transport Authority in your State, eg. Transport Dept (Qld), RTA (NSW) etc. Insurance and utility companies, eg.
